What are the payment methods?
Payments can be made in three ways, as follows:

  • By card, through the Redsys secure payment gateway.
  • Cash on delivery. The customer pays the amount of the order to the person who makes the delivery. This method of payment has an additional cost of 4 €. Only available in Spain and Portugal
  • Payment in cash in shop, transfer or bank transfer.

Orders placed by bank transfer will not be shipped until the money is available in the Padel Offers account. This process can take between 2/3 working days, depending on the bank.

Are there volume discounts?

No. Unless it is clearly indicated in the product sheet for any special promotion, the price of the product is the price marked in the shop, regardless of the number of units purchased. In any case, if you want to place a large order you can send us an email to info@ofertasdepadel.com and we will deal with your case in a personalised way.

What happens if one of the products in my order is out of stock?

If one of the products in your order is out of stock due to an incident or problem with the distributor, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone in order to resolve the incident as efficiently and immediately as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As a general rule, orders are delivered in less than 24/48 hours on working days (M-F), as long as we have the product in stock. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped or suffers a delay in delivery, we will contact you personally to deal with the incident.

Do you ship to Canary Islands?

We are very sorry, at the moment the configuration of the Ofertasdepadel.com online shop does not allow you to ship to the Canary Islands. If you have any doubts about the shipping locations and costs, you can consult the section Shipping and payment methods for Padel Specials.

Is the price shown on the product sheet the final price?

That's right, the price that appears next to the product is the final price, with the corresponding 21% VAT included. In any case, it may not be the final price because when you place the order, it may happen that your product has some kind of discount for payment or shipping method, promotion or discount coupon, so that the final price would be lower.

What happens if I am not satisfied or if the product I bought does not fit properly?

The customer may exchange any item that is not to his liking provided that the following conditions are met:

  • That the product is new, with no signs of use, with the original seals and labels.
  • The product has not been tampered with.

If the product meets the above conditions, the customer may exchange the item for another item we have in stock or request a refund of the money paid. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

VERY IMPORTANT: If the value of the order after the partial or total return does not exceed 65€, 7€ will be deducted from the amount to be returned as shipping costs. The reason is that the product is finally returned and the shipping costs have been invoiced by the transport company.

What is covered by the product warranty?

The guarantee of any product covers manufacturing faults and not those caused by external agents such as intentional or fortuitous game play, rubbing, knocks, shocks, etc.
