Shipping methods for Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:

24/48h Delivery – €4.95
Estimated delivery by tomorrow (or next working day) if you place your order before 16:00*

24/48h Delivery via Correos Express – €5.95
Estimated delivery by tomorrow (or next working day) if you place your order before 16:00*

24/48h Delivery via GLS – €5.95
Estimated delivery by tomorrow (or next working day) if you place your order before 16:00*

Express Service before 19:00 – €6.95
Receive it before 19:00 tomorrow (or next working day) if you order before 16:00

Express Service before 14:00 – €9.95
Receive it before 14:00 tomorrow (or next working day) if you order before 16:00

Saturday Delivery – For orders placed before 16:00 on Friday – €9.95

Cash on Delivery:
- Cash on delivery orders have a fixed cost of 3 € + SHIPPING AND HANDLING (if less than 50€ and depending on the shipping service used).

Important: Deliveries in Europe can be made within 24–48 hours using the express air service. Express shipping costs are calculated in the cart, taking into account both the selected products and the shipping address. This allows you to see the total amount, including shipping fees, before completing your purchase. This way, we guarantee transparency and the best rate tailored to your needs.

Important: Padel ball boxes have an additional shipping cost, which depends on the destination and will be shown in the cart once the delivery address is entered.

All countries not listed in the table do not have ground shipping available and will only have access to air shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but are generally between 3 and 5 business days.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

Any additional costs due to customs procedures will be the responsibility of the customer. The company will not cover any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to the shipment. If the order is refused at the destination, Padel Nuestro will attempt to recover the shipment, charging the customer for shipping, return, customs and any other costs that may arise.

Shipping costs to countries outside the EU:

North America, South America, Canada, Middle East and UAE

* Orders to countries outside the European Union do not accept discount coupons with gifts.
Ball boxes are not shipped.
For orders where the volume of the shipment is very large, the Customer will be contacted for review of the shipping costs or cancellation of the shipment.

Shipments outside the EU you may be required to pay a fee and import duties you will be charged at the time the package arrives at its destination. Any additional charges due to customs clearance will be borne by you. As the importer, you must therefore comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country in which you receive the order. Please be advised that international shipments are subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities, which may delay delivery.

- Ball boxes have a transport charge of 1.90€/crate.
- Ball boxes are only shipped to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.

In the event that any amount is generated as a result of an error in the address or shipping information provided by the customer, Aliquantum S.L. reserves the right not to assume that amount.

What is the delivery time?

For orders shipped to the Iberian Peninsula made before 6:00 p.m. depart on the same day, taking into account that delivery days are Monday through Friday, and no shipments on weekends and holidays and as long as the product is in stock in our warehouse or physical store. If on the other hand the product is out of stock or has to be ordered from the supplier, the delivery time would be around 3 -5 working days. Normally this information is included in the product sheet, including estimated delivery times.

Orders to other countries outside the European Union have a delivery time of 5-12 business days.

Ofertasdeadel.com will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. No shipments are made on weekends and holidays therefore, if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the first working day following the day the order is placed.

Will I be able to track my order?

If you have made your purchase while registered in our online store, you will be able to track your order in your customer area. You can also contact the shipping company to receive detailed information about the status of the shipment.

What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered?

Normally the transport company contacts you to arrange a new delivery. Ofertasdepadel.com provides you with a tracking number of the order and you can talk directly with the transport company to arrange a new delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the chosen payment method is by bank deposit or bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we receive the bank confirmation.
